Originally opened in 1982, our dental practice in Peabody has served generations of patients with a comprehensive scope of care. We work with patients of all ages and are happy to welcome you and your entire family to ours.
When you visit us, you'll find two friendly and highly trained dentists, a team of talented hygienists, and experienced office coordinators who are ready to help you with everything from booking an appointment to filing with your insurance provider.

Finding our office is easy — we're in the Northshore Mall! Use the Macy's or Macy's Men's & Furniture entrances for the quickest path to our suite. We're on the upper level next to J. Crew and right across from Newbury Comics. Our practice has patients from Peabody, Danvers, Salem, Beverly, Lynnfield, and many other North Shore towns who love being able to fit their shopping and dental care into a single trip.

Meet Our Dentists
Dr. Shahram Navid
Dr. Navid has been a family dentist in Peabody, MA, for more than 20 years. He attended Boston University Dental School and went on to complete a special program in dental implantology in Paris, France. He specializes in all areas of general dentistry as well as dental implants, Invisalign®, and the administration of oral conscious sedation. Dr. Navid values giving back through his profession. He has participated in fundraising efforts to supply important dental tools to practitioners in rural areas.
Dr. Tom McDuffee
Dr. McDuffee has been a North Shore resident since 1988. He received his dental degree from Case Western Reserve University and completed additional training at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies and the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dentistry, both highly regarded institutions. He is a general dentistry specialist who regularly pursues continuing education to further his craft. When he's not making his patients smile with his warm demeanor, he volunteers with HOPE Worldwide.

Same-Day Dentistry
It can take weeks to receive new crowns or other restorations from some dentists. We have our own CEREC® machine, which allows us to design and craft custom dental crowns, dental bridges, inlays, onlays, and even veneers in single appointments at our office. Smaller restorations like crowns take just minutes to create.
Calming Sedation
Some patients have no trouble visiting the dentist, but many others feel anxious at the very thought of a dental appointment. Over the years, we've worked with patients who have virtually every concern under the sun, and we deeply understand their dental anxieties. To help alleviate fears and create a positive experience, we offer nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation. Both options induce deep relaxation that makes time in the dentist's chair fly by.
Financing Options
We accept most insurances and will gladly work with your provider to help you get the most from your coverage. However, some elective yet life-changing treatments, such as veneers and gum contouring, are not covered by insurance, which leaves patients choosing between their dream smiles and their budgets. We accept financing through CareCredit® and LendingClub and offer in-house plans to keep your goals affordable.
